The Colombian Association of Contact Centers and BPO, an organization dedicated to the development of the BPO industry and customer services presents the 3rd Customer Experience Summit and the 14th Andean Congress of Contact Centers and CRM, from May 9 to 11, 2017 in El Cubo de Colsubsidio in Bogota.
Theses events organized by the Association seek to generate profits, promote domestic businesses, contribute to human capital and improve the practices of Colombian contact centers and BPO industries on an international level.
With the presentation of exhibitors as Isra García; founder and creator of the Stand OUT Program, author of several books on marketing and productivity; Stephen Loynd, Digital Experience Analyst; Juan Carlos Lucas, director of Hacer Historia consultants in Argentina, among others, this is the place to learn about the latest in the customer service and digital marketing industry.
1300 attendees are expected who will be able to learn from the best exhibitors and generate business relationships that will help to drive the sector and the industry, while the exhibition will present 61 booths for people to learn about the different areas where they can improve their companies’ performance.
