These five service and technology companies have chosen Bogota this 2021 as a strategic point from which they will serve their clients in other countries of the world.

1. Fast Cloud Consulting
This American firm, founded in 2006, offers consulting and software development services to help companies in their digital transformation.
Through CRM solutions, cloud communications, electronic commerce, contact centers, among others, the company promises to help clients increase indicators such as: profits, productivity, ROI and customer satisfaction.
Fast Cloud Consulting currently has clients in North America, Europe, and Australia; and from Bogota, it hopes to serve the United States and Latin America markets.
2. Auxis
This American consulting firm founded in 1997 and recognized by IAOP (International Association of Outsourcing Professionals) as one of the “Top 100 global outsourcing providers”, focuses on three areas: finance, technology and customer service.
From Bogota, Auxis will serve other companies on the continent through services such as accounting, portfolio collection, software development, technical support, customer service, data center management, DevOps, intelligent automation, among others.
3. TDCX
This company originally from Singapore and founded in 1995, provides outsourcing services for different industries. It has a presence in more than 10 countries and employs more than 10,000 talents around the world.
Bogota is their first office in Latin America and, from here, TDCX will serve clients from the United States and Portugal, providing services such as customer service, sales, technical support, content moderation, among others. To cover these markets, the company hopes to close 2021 with more than 450 collaborators in the city.
4. Command Alkon
This US technology company, with more than 40 years of experience in the market, provides automation, digital transformation, software application development and outsourcing services for construction companies in the United States.
From Bogota, Command Alkon will offer clients services such as help desk, BPO support center for systems engineers and automation agents.
5. Teleperformance
This French company chose Bogota as the location for one of its sites in 2009. Due to the great experience they had in the city, in the last year they decided to open its new innovation center in the capital of Colombia, from which they will provide software development services for the Americas.
In addition, Teleperformance recently expanded its bilingual contact center thus creating more than 2,000 new jobs in the city.
