Bidding and hosting associate & corporate events:
- To develop bid strategies also to prepare bid documents, presentations.
- To provide tailor-made high-quality information about the destination and promotional brochures, video, images and digital material.
- Source letters of support.
- To locate appropriate venues, accommodation and also to include quotes as required.
- Interface to service providers in the city.
- To set up promotional booths of the meetings (under application)
- To organize, fund and attend face-to-face and/or virtual site inspection.
- A Bureau´s bidding expert can join you to present the bid in person (under application)
Once the bid is won:
- Liaising with local public and private companies for support.
- To supply promotion tools to promote an event (mainly in digital format).
- To provide information pre-and post-touring options.
