Bogota hosts a new edition of the Andean Congress of CC and BPO
The evolution that technology has brought business demands that companies transform themselves with innovative solutions to improve and streamline the relationships with their customers. To analyze these types of challenges, more than 1,500 people will gather in Bogota from May 8 to 10 to share their different experiences at the 15th Andean Congress of Contact Centers (CC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
This is considered the most important customer experience event in Latin America, and it will be held in the facilities of Colsubsidio’s Cubo business and leisure center in Bogota. This congress the Business Processes Outsourcing (BPO) sector will feature over 25 expert speakers on the subject, more than 60 stands and sponsors seeking to understand the latest trends in customer experience and how to improve services.
Bogota has evolved significant leadership in the BPO industry, especially in receiving foreign investment, due to factors such as the quality of its human capital, competitiveness, connectivity and government support.
