Información legal y financiera para el sector empresarial y la atención de la emergencia sanitaria por el Covid 19 en Colombia

Por mandato constitucional, en el marco de la declaratoria de Estado Excepción dada la emergencia suscitada a raíz de la pandemia COVID-19, el Gobierno Nacional se encuentra facultado para expedir una serie de normas que busquen conjurar las alteraciones de orden económico en el país. De igual forma, al ser la primera autoridad de policía de cada municipio y jefes de la administración local, los alcaldes deben adoptar medidas que busquen mitigar los riesgos por crisis acaecidas en el territorio de su competencia.

Por ello, hemos dispuesto para su consulta el siguiente listado -sujeto a actualización- con la normativa más relevante para el sector empresarial expedida por el Gobierno Nacional que busca afrontar la coyuntura COVID-19, distribuida por materia o sector, entidad, tipo de norma y fecha de publicación, y objeto o alcance.

Adicionalmente, encontrará algunas de las medidas adoptadas por la Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá para los mismos efectos, así como ciertas herramientas por algunas entidades bancarias habilitadas para clientes y empresas del sector financiero.
