Bogota-Region has a consistent climate suitable for data centers

The average temperature in the capital city over the last ten years is 14.3 degrees Celsius, a significantly lower temperature compared to other areas of the country, where the average temperature is 27.3 degrees Celsius. At lower temperatures, data centers find significant savings in cooling costs.

A territory with favorable conditions for the operation of data centers

The Bogota region has lower environmental risks compared to other major cities in Colombia.

Under the assumption of a high impact earthquake, only 6% of the buildings in Bogota would present severe or critical structural damage.
