Since 2014, Colombia has been developing an energy transition roadmap, which involved creating a robust regulatory framework to stimulate the shift toward clean energy. It provides a concise map of the regulatory framework, financing sources, environmental requirements, grid access, distributed energy, and the development of new technologies—including hydrogen—that allow Bogotá to serve as the hub for Data Center operations in Latin America.
