Colombia is the third country in Latin America to adopt the open finance model, after Brazil and Mexico. Together with Parra Rodríguez’s team of lawyers, we prepared the ABC on open finance for innovation, competitiveness and financial inclusion, in order to provide investors with complete and reliable legal information on this new model, which will allow financial consumers to access a wider range of services, through digital platforms, created according to their specific needs.
